Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all Kidsy garment tags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
